I’m Paola (pah-oh-lah) and I have 10+ years of experience on learning and development (L&D) teams within higher education and healthcare. My approach to learning follows a systems thinking framework. I design learning experiences by looking beyond immediate asks to figure out root causes and how people, processes, and goals connect. My strength lies in adding context that makes learning relevant and motivating—I help learners see not just what they need to do, but why it matters.
